Welcome to Détente (French for relaxation and good relations), a cozy restaurant and bar, specializing in Modern local cuisine and numerous wines from around the world. 

Our menu features contemporary American fare with southern European influences, and is served either in the intimate dining room, or summer outdoor terrace, which is perfect for a quiet dinner by candlelight.  A full menu is also served at the beautiful soapstone bar. The wine list features a variety of great wines from around the world in all price ranges, and we have gone out of our way to find hidden gems of excellent value.
